KATHMANDU, JULY 24

Six persons died on the spot in a bus accident at Laghuwa of Ribdikot Rural Municipality-2 in Palpa district on Sunday. Sixteen others sustained injury in the accident.

The District Police Office, Palpa, confirmed that the bus (Lu 1 Kha 5952) heading to Butwal from Gulmi district by carrying 22 passengers met with an accident after falling some 60 meters off the road.

Identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained, police informed.
