Evening Update: NC takes lead, closely followed by UML

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 23
Nepali Congress has maintained its lead in the number of seats won, as well as the seats where it is ahead in race to the House of Representatives.
So far, 14 NC candidates have emerged victorious in the elections while 43 are currently leading in various constituencies across the country.
Likewise, UML is a close second having won five seats and leading in 39.
CPN-Maoist Center and Rastriya Swatantra Party are at the third and fourth place with the former leading in 14 seats, winning three, and RSP having won 4 and leading in 4 constituencies.
