A look at who's leading the House of Representatives vote count under First Past the Post election

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 22

Nepali Congress has maintained its run as the top contender for most leads in various constituencies under the First Past the Post election to the House of Representatives.

By the time this update was posted, NC has taken a lead in 46 of the total 165 seats being contested by different parties.

Meanwhile, CPN-UML is closely following NC as it is the frontrunner in as many as 41 consituencies.

Likewise, CPN Maoist Center are currently leading in 16 constituencies, Rastriya Swatantra Party in 11, NCP (Unified Socialist) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party in 7, Janata Samajwadi Party in 6, Nagarik Unmukti Party in 3 and Loktantrik Samajwadi Party in 2 constituencies.

On the other hand, CPN UML currently leads the Proportional Representation election vote tally.

Who has won how many seats?

Nepali Congress candidates have been declared winners in four

​constituencies - Manang, Mustang, Kathmandu -1 and Kathmandu -4.

Likewise, UML have been declared winners in two constituencies-- Lalitpur-2 and Kathmandu-9. Nagarik Unmukti Party has won a seat in Kailali-3.
