KATHMANDU: Ramesh Corp, one of the largest corporate groups in Nepal, celebrated its third founder's day, in a unique and impactful way by conducting a corporate social responsibility (CSR) event at an orphanage in Balmandir Naxal, Kathmandu.

The event was held in memory of the founder of Ramesh Corp, Ramesh Gupta, who had a strong vision of giving back to society.

During the CSR event, Ramesh Corp team member spent time with the children at the orphanage, organised games and activities, and donated essential items such as food and stationery, as per a media release.

Since its inception 50 years ago as a hardware trading business, Ramesh Corp touches lives in virtually every walk of life.

It has a strong presence in a wide range of industries - manufacturing, financial services, real estate, consumer durables, hydropower, mining, and investment.
