KATHMANDU, APRIL 5

President Ramchandra Paudel has returned to Shital Niwas following his discharge from the hospital. He was discharged today.

The Head of the State was admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH), Maharajgunj last Saturday for abdominal problems.

TUTH administration chief Baikuntha Prasad Thapaliya confirmed the discharge of the President from the hospital today.

Doctors advised him to take a complete rest for some time, it is said.

Meanwhile, according to his Secretariat, the President has thanked all health professionals involved in his treatment and care, the TUTH family and all those wishing him recovery.
