With the acceptance of Pearson Test of English by 99 per cent educational institutions in the UK, the PTE, one of the most sought-after English proficiency tests globally, has become a tool to head start a study in the UK.

The UK has been in the spotlight for students looking to study abroad and immerse in diverse educational and cultural experiences. The country continues to offer incentives, scholarships, and friendlier visa policies to attract new students. Over 430,000 international students from over 180 countries are currently studying in the UK. Over 3,000 universities and colleges worldwide, including 99 per cent of UK institutions accept PTE as a proficiency English language test.

'For the last 13 years, I have found that the PTE consistently stands out for several reasons. And our recent focus on UK education has shown that all UK universities accepting PTE has significantly boosted student conversions, proving its efficacy in realising academic aspirations.' Bikalp Raj Pokhrel, joint treasurer Education Consultancy Association Nepal said.
