Govt will encourage knowledge, skill and capital of NRNs, Finance Minister says

KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 17

Finance Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat has stated that the government will encourage the knowledge, skills, and capital of Non-Resident Nepalis (NRNs).

In his address at the 11th International General Convention of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) on Tuesday, the Finance Minister urged NRNs to invest in areas identified as potential for Nepal's economic growth.

'Reiterating that the country can progress towards prosperity through hydropower development, Dr. Mahat emphasized that NRNs should invest in the development of their homeland. He also urged NRNs to invest with confidence, as the laws guarantee returns.'
