CJ Shrestha emphasizes everyone's access to justice

KATHMANDU, JANUARY 7

Chief Justice (CJ) Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha asserted that it is imperative to ensure everyone's access to justice.

Unveiling a collection of some important verdicts related to labor at the Supreme Court on Sunday, CJ Shrestha, however, assured that the court was making efforts to ensure everyone's access to justice.

Shrestha deemed that the publication of significant verdicts and orders related to labor would be useful for relevant advocacy.

Furthermore, the CJ expressed happiness over the selection and publication of judgments deemed important from the viewpoint of new concepts and systems incorporated in the law.

On the occasion, Chairperson of the Labour Court, Basudev Acharya, viewed that the publication would educate various dimensions of justice delivery on labor.
