KATHMANDU, APRIL 24
The Patan High Court has ordered the government to halt the process of selecting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nepal Tourism Board.
A single bench, presided over by Judge Sudarshan Raj Pandey, issued a temporary interim order on Monday, directing the suspension of any activities related to the CEO selection process at the NTB.
Following a hearing on a writ petition filed by Kundan Sharma Mishra against the appointment process, the Court has given the defendant 15 days to submit a written reply.
