KATHMANDU, AUGUST 25

The price of gold in the domestic market has surged by Rs 1,000 per tola on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 152,400 per tola, up from Rs 151,400 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also seen an increase, rising by Rs 35. Silver is currently priced at Rs 1,850 per tola, compared to Rs 1,815 per tola on Friday.
