The bank received the Champion in Modern Banking Innovation Nepal 2025 award from Capital Finance International (CFI.co), London, highlighting its progress in digital integration and customer-focused innovations.

Additionally, Asian Banking & Finance (ABF), Singapore, awarded NSBL in several categories for 2025, including Nepal Domestic Digital Transformation Bank of the Year, Nepal Domestic Technology & Operations Bank of the Year (Wholesale Banking Awards), Digital Business Banking Initiative of the Year – Nepal, and SME Bank of the Year – Nepal (Retail Banking Awards).
