KATHMANDU, AUGUST 24

Global tech giant TCL has announced Olympic freestyle skiing champion Eileen Gu as its new Global Brand Ambassador, reinforcing its commitment as a Worldwide Olympic Partner.

Gu, the youngest Olympic freestyle skiing champion, said she was excited to join TCL, noting the brand's 'fearless vision and bold innovations.' Her appointment aligns with TCL's 'TCLforHer' initiative, which supports women's empowerment and education.

'TCL and Eileen Gu share the mission to inspire greatness,' said Wei Xue, TCL's Vice President and ESG Director. 'Her spirit mirrors our vision to empower more women worldwide.'

Ahead of the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, TCL plans to expand its sports technology initiatives, including athlete support programs and advanced digital displays to enhance the viewing experience for billions of fans.
