The Ministry of Health and Food Safety has directed federal and provincial hospitals to maintain essential healthcare services throughout the Dashain holidays.
The ministry has asked hospitals to ensure uninterrupted emergency care, emergency surgeries, maternity services and intensive care by deploying adequate health workers throughout the holiday period.
