Nammi celebrates one year of EV success in Nepal

Brand marks milestone with growing customer base and plans new model launch

Electric car brand Nammi has marked the first anniversary of its Nammi 01 in Nepal, celebrating its rapid success in the EV market.

Launched in August 2024 with a high-profile event featuring Sabin Rai & The Pharaoh, the Nammi 01 quickly became a bestseller in the hatchback segment, winning praise for its frameless doors, auto parking, memory seats, and advanced infotainment system.

At a celebration event this week, Prashanna Pant, CEO of MAW Vriddhi, expressed gratitude to customers and announced the next big step: the Nammi Vigo, a compact electric SUV aimed at building on the success of the 01.

Nammi's rapid expansion across Nepal and its customer-first approach have made it one of the most successful EV brands in the country, signaling a strong future for sustainable mobility.
