KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 11

The Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has started a shuttle bus service for tourists flying through Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), providing transport between the airport and major hotel areas in Kathmandu.

The service-run in coordination with the private sector, Nepal Army, TIA authorities, and the Department of Immigration-will operate continuously on three designated routes linking the airport with key city hotels and hubs.

NTB has urged passengers to contact the assigned drivers for their chosen route and noted that the buses are also available for humanitarian assistance. The move aims to ease travel for international tourists as regular transport gradually resumes after recent disruptions.
