KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 21

The International Panchang Determination Committee has published the auspicious Dashain Tika times for Nepalis living abroad, providing local-time guidance for devotees of the Vedic Sanatan Hindu tradition.

Committee member-secretary Acharya Laxman Panthi said the decision came after numerous inquiries from the diaspora about the most favorable hour for the Vijaya Dashami blessing. The timings are adjusted to each country's calendar and local time zone.
