KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 24

As many as 4,814 dengue infections have been reported across nearly all districts except Dolpa, Humla and Manang, according to the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division.

Two deaths have been recorded so far.

Province-wise cases include: Koshi 714, Madhesh 95, Bagmati 1,064, Gandaki 1,273, Lumbini 843, Karnali 270 and Sudurpaschim 555.

Officials expect risk to decline as rainfall subsides and cooler weather sets in.
