Swiss Ambassador calls on Prime Minister Karki

KATHMANDU, OCTOBER 12

The Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal, Dr. Danielle Meuwly, paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sushila Karki at the latter's office today.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting focused on matters concerning Nepal–Switzerland relations and bilateral cooperation.

Both sides discussed ways to further strengthen their long-standing partnership and explore areas of mutual interest and collaboration.

Taking to the social media Ambassador Meuwly said, 'Pleased to pay a courtesy call on Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Sushila Karki. We discussed our strong partnership - from development cooperation and reconstruction to the upcoming election and transitional justice. Looking forward to celebrating 70 years of relations next year!'
