Defending champions seek first win in NPL second edition

KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 24

Biratnagar Kings is batting first against Janakpur Bolts in the opening match of the Nepal Premier League at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

Janakpur Bolts won the toss and elected to field. The defending champions are seeking their first win after losing to Kathmandu Gorkhas by five wickets in their opening match. Biratnagar Kings has already secured two victories.

In the day's second fixture, Sudurpaschim Royals face Karnali Yaks.

The Nepal Premier League second edition runs from November 17 to December 13 under the Cricket Association of Nepal.
