LONDON: British singer Charlotte Church has credited motherhood with helping her kick her bad habits - she quit smoking and drinking for good when she fell pregnant with her second child. The Crazy Chick hitmaker was well known for her partying in her teens, but toned down her wild lifestyle when she discovered she was expecting her first baby Ruby, now two. And when she became pregnant with her second baby in 2008, she used the opportunity to quit her bad habits. She tells U.K. chat show host Jonathan Ross, "It wasn't even a factor for me - as soon as I was pregnant it was no fags, no alcohol. It was just a given and it was quite nice. I enjoyed that. I felt I absolutely had to. It's a self imposed thing." Church and her rugby player boyfriend Gavin Henson welcomed little Dexter in January 2009.
