Monsoon Mirror!

Monsoon Mirror!

Makeup diva Shova Khadgi shares some pointers for a flawless monsoon makeover

  • Always start by cleansing your face depending on the nature of your skin. If it is oily, use astringent and use ice cube for about one to five minutes if you have dry skin.
  • Moisturise generously then use sunscreen. Top it off with L’Oreal water proof foundation. Use water proof make up enhancer.
  • Do not use loose powder. It has the risk of running down your  face because of sweat or water. Use L’Oreal true match compact as it stays on for a longer period.
  • Use waterproof eyeliner on your eyes. As monsoon is all about water and light colours I have used a combination of light blue and peach for the eyes.

  • After applying the eye shadow use waterproof mascara.
  • Use a hint of chocolate pink rouge for that slight glow. Touch up your lips with light pink gloss
  • Here, I have kept it simple and tied the hair up in a simple pony tail. To keep hair out of your face you can also go with braids and buns. Avoid blow dryers and hot irons during monsoons.
