Mountaineering tools given to museum

KATHMANDU: Japanese national Yoshiko Imanishi, widow of the first climber of Mt Manaslu late Imanishi, has handed over all the equipment and materials used during the climbing of Manaslu in 1957 to the International Mountain Museum Pokhara. Late Imanishi had scaled Manaslu in 1957. All the things he had used while climbing the mountain were handed over to the museum. — RSS
