KATHMANDU: A scrap collector was found dead in Kaldhara, KMC-16 on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Shyam Lama (30) from Baldanga, Nuwakot. He would eke out a living by collecting plastic scraps around Kaldhara area in the Capital, according to police. Police are further investigating into the case.
