KATHMANDU: A six-member Nepali team is on Monday leaving for India to participate in the Sushant Chipalkatti Memorial Asian Junior Badminton Championship slated for September 3-6 in Pune. Dipesh Dhami, Nabin Shrestha, Gautam Kathayet, Jessica Gurung, Sunaiya Mukhiya and Megha Chand will participate in the tournament. Dipesh Nepal have participated in five events, informed Nepal Badminton Association General Secretary Ramjee Bahadur Shrestha. Shuttlers Dhami and Kathayet, who are currently in Bangalore for training, will join the squad in Pune. Coach Megh Raj Kathayet and official Anup Ratna Shakya will accompany the players to Pune.
