BHOJPUR: A minor drowned in a canal in Sonam VDC-5 of Terhathum district on Monday. According to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Biratanagar, the deceased has been identified as three-year-old Pabitra Limbu. Police said that the incident occurred while she was playing near her house. Further investigation into the incident is underway, police said.
