KHOTANG: Property worth of Rs. 345,000 was destroyed after a house caught fire in Namnakhu, Bahundanda-1, Khotang on Wednesday. The house of Ambar Bahadur Adhikari had caught fire after drops of edible oil sparked fire from the stove while children were cooking a vegetable curry. The house was completely charred in the fire. The Adhikari family, subsequently, has been resettled at a shanty, police said.
