BHOJPUR: A pedestrian died after being hit by a truck in Ramdhuni Bhasi Municipality-4 along the East- West Highway in Sunsari district on Sunday night. According to the Eastern Regional Police Office, Subi Sardar (36) of Shriur VDC-3 of the district was hit by the truck (Na 3 Kha 7315) while crossing the road. Sardar breathed his last while receiving treatment at the District Hospital, informed police. Police arrested the driver and impounded the truck for further investigation.
