DHANGADHI: Two persons died and one went missing in a boat capsize in the Karnali River on Tuesday. The deceased have been identified as Balchhimaya Pande and two-and-a-half-year-old Yasoda Pande of Bardiya, Patabhar. Police rescued 12 persons on board the boat. Thirteen-year-old Dipesh Pande has gone missing after the incident, which occurred somewhere between Patabhar and Kailali’s Patharaiya. Investigation into the case is under way, said police.
