KATHMANDU: The body of a newborn was found dumped beside a road in Budhanilkantha on Tuesday. Police said the body of a baby girl was wrapped with a plastic sack. The body has been sent to the Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, for postmortem. Police have launched an investigation into the case.
