KATHMANDU: The  board of directors meeting of NMB Bank Ltd has proposed distribution of eight per cent stock dividend (bonus shares) and 0.42 per cent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to their shareholders from the profits earned last fiscal. As per a press release, the proposal is subject to approval from central bank and the bank’s upcoming AGM.
