KATHMANDU: Police on Friday arrested a youth on charge of brandishing a khukari and terrorising people, in Chhate Ganesh of Naxal, KMC-1 on Friday. The arrestee has been identified as Uttam Thakuri (23) residing in Baluwatar, KMC-4. Police said they are looking into the case.
