LONDON: Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney became a father for the third time when his wife Coleen gave birth to the couple’s third child  Kit Joseph Rooney  on Sunday. Rooney, 30, announced the arrival of Kit by telling his Twitter followers: “Our gorgeous little boy arrived today. Kit Joseph Rooney. 8lb 1oz. We are over the moon.” The Rooneys already had two sons in six-year-old Kai and two-year-old Klay.
