KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and UCPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal discussed matters relating to contemporary political issues on Saturday. During the meeting held at the PM's residence in Baluwatar, the two leaders also shared views concerning the functioning of the government and the Madhesh agitation, according to the PM's press coordinator Chetan Adhikari. Chairman Dahal's meeting with the PM comes following the UCPN Standing Committee meeting directive to Dahal to discuss the government's performance with the Prime Minister. The meeting of the high-level political mechanism scheduled for Sunday was also discussed on the occasion.
