BIRGUNJ: Police on Saturday paraded a man who was arrested with a cache of pharmaceutical drugs. Devendra Kumar Suman (34) aka Salman Bhai of Raxual, India, was made public amid a press conference at the District Police Office, Parsa today. He was apprehended from Inaruwa of Birgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-19 on Friday. During the conference, Chief of the DPO Raju Babu Shrestha informed that Suman was arrested acting on a tip-off. Shrestha said that Suman was nabbed during a security check while he was entering Nepal from India. He further informed that police have recovered a cache of controlled drugs from his possession. Police have confiscated 110 pieces each of Diazepam, Phenargone and Nurphine, a visting card made in the name of Salman Bhai, two SIM cards and two mobile phones, he informed.
