KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Tuesday draped the national flag over former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala's body, as a part of state honours to the deceased leader. Accompanied by all six deputy prime ministers and other Cabinet colleagues, Prime Minister Oli draped the flag on the body of his predecessor, currently kept at the Dasharath Stadium for final tributes. Koirala had passed away at 00:50 am today. Before this, Nepali Congress senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba, NC Acting President Ram Chandra Paudel and General Secretary Prakash Man Singh had draped the party flag over his body at the Stadium. He would be cremated at the Pashupati Aryaghat in Kathmandu with state honours tomorrow.
