BIRATNAGAR: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said a national consensus government was needed currently. He added that all political parties should work together to further develop the country and strengthen democracy. Talking to mediapersons this afternoon at Biratnagar Airport, the Prime Minister said political parties which demonstrated unity in concluding the Constitution drafting process after the April 25 earthquake should once again come to a common ground for the building of nation. Responding to a query of journalists about the possibility of formation of the national government under the leadership of main opposition Nepali Congress, he said, 'At present, there is no such situation at all.' He further said matters of delineation of federal provinces would be sorted out by forming a separate body. 'Cloud of disputes hovering over Nepali politics is getting clearer gradually.' Talking about his upcoming India visit, he expressed his hope that the visit would contribute to further consolidate the bilateral ties. He was on the way to Dharan-based BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences to attend its Convocation Ceremony as the Chief Guest, according to his press coordinator Chetan Adhikari.
