Xiaomi has expanded its customer support in Nepal with the opening of two official service centers in Madhesh Province-one at Adarshanagar, Birgunj and another at Orbit Mall, Shiv Chowk, Janakpur.

The new centers, operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd., provide official repair services, technical inspections, and support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables, hearables, and IoT devices, using genuine spare parts.

To mark the launch, Xiaomi is offering free servicing and software upgrades for all devices for one month. Customers will also receive up to 25 percent discount on out-of-warranty spare parts, with no service charge applied for replacements.

The centers are staffed with trained technicians to ensure high-quality, standards-compliant service for Xiaomi users in the region, the company said.
