New model features IP69K rating, 2.5m drop resistance; prices start at Rs 54,999

HONOR has launched the HONOR X9d smartphone in the Nepali market, positioning it as a durability-focused device with high-end performance features in the mid-premium segment.

According to the company, the HONOR X9d comes with 2.5-metre drop resistance, an industry-leading IP69K rating for dust and water protection, and a massive 8,300mAh battery designed for extended use. The smartphone also features a 108-megapixel high-resolution camera, aimed at delivering detailed photography.

The HONOR X9d is available in two variants: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at Rs 54,999, and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at Rs 59,999, the company said.

HONOR has also announced a pre-booking offer for early customers, running from January 23 to January 28, 2026. As part of the offer, customers will receive a free HONOR Choice Watch 2 Pro, valued at Rs 15,999, along with a one-year service package worth Rs 20,000, which includes screen replacement, back replacement and water damage repair.

Additionally, one pre-booking customer will get a chance to win a Deepal S05 car, priced at Rs 5.89 million.

The company said the HONOR X9d will be available through HONOR outlets and authorised retail stores across Nepal.
