KATHMANDU: Nepal Electricity Authority on Sunday said the load shedding hours would be reduced by an hour per day to be effective from Monday. Earlier, the power outage was effective for 13 hours a day and it would now be reduced to 12 hours a day. The Authority said the power outage restriction was possible as power supply from India was stable of late. Likewise, the load shedding was reduced to help School Leaving Certificate examination candidates prepare for exams better, it added. The SLC exams are beginning on March 31.
