SAPTARI: Administrative works at the Rajbiraj Municipality have remained in limbo for the last five days due to a dispute between the executive official and staff members. The employees have been staging a sit-in since May 3 with a 13-point demand. The public service seekers have been the real victims of the protest. Some of the employees said that majority of the development work-related documents have gathered dust due to the continued closure of services. The employees have demanded that Municipality's Executive Official, Bishnu Prasad Gurung, bring about a change in his behaviour and release the due allowance of three months.
