HETAUDA: Police arrested two persons for smuggling brown sugar from Hetauda Sub-metropolis in Makawanpur on Tuesday. The arrested have been identified as Bibek Khadka, 20, and Susan Shahi Thukari, 20, of the sub-metropolis. According to police, Khadka was arrested with as much as 2.85 milligram of the contraband while the police team seized 630 milligram of the contraband from Thakuri.
