KATHMANDU: Correspondent of the The Himalayan Times and Annapurna Post, Devdas Shrestha, was cremated at the Narayan Deughat on Friday. He died of a heart attack on Thursday. He had been a journalist for the last 26 years. The Federation of Nepalese Journalists in a statement said it was sho-cked by Shrestha’s death. He was the former chairman of FNJ, Dolakha, and a central assembly member. The FNJ has lost an honest, able and diligent member, it said.
