KATHMANDU: A five-year-old boy drowned in Bagmati River in Aashrang of Lalitpur district on Sunday. Police said Gaurav Adhikari, son of Gopal Adhikari, had fallen off a bridge into the River yesterday. Meanwhile, a 45-year-old woman was found dead in a pond in Nakhkhu of the district. The deceased has been identfied as Jit Kumari Pagu Limbu, a permanent resident of Lungrupa-5 of Pancthar. Police said they are looking into both the cases.
