PANCHTHAR: One more person died after consuming wild mushroom in Panchthar district on Wednesday night. With this, the death toll from mushroom consumption in past few weeks has reached eight. The deceased has been identified as Nitesh Rai (14) of Jaisidanda of Phidim-3 of the district. Rai breathed his last while being rushed to a hospital. It has been learned that nine persons have taken ill after consuming toxic mushroom in the district.
