KATHMANDU: Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) published the results of the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) exams, 2016 on Thursday. In previous years, students used to get their results with subject-wise marks and percentage; while from this year, the OCE has decided to publish the results with grades. Consequently, no any students has been categorised as failed.

This is the shortest duration ever between the exams and the results in the 83-year SLC history, though this year witnessed the highest number of candidates, he added. Students who got grades D and E in at most two subjects will be allowed to appear in the chance exams scheduled frrom July 29 to August 5, according to Kapri.
