KATHMANDU: A youth has been arrested on charge of stocking various controlled pharmaceutical drugs at his house, on Saturday. The arrestee has been identified as Bijaya Moktan (22) of Thulo Dhadi-7 in Sindupalchok district, currently residing in a rented room at Bode Chardobato in Thimi Municipality-3 of Bhaktapur. Police also arrested other four persons for allegedly trading the the drugs with Moktan. Police said they are looking into the case.
