2 killed in separate road accidents in Dhading

DHADING:
Two persons died and two others were injured in separate road accidents in Dhading district on Wednesday. A man died when a tanker turned turtle and crushed him while he was answering the call of nature in Satghumti of Thakre-8 of the district. The deceased has been identified as Hari Bahadur Bhujel (57). According to the Area Police Office, Khanikhola, the tanker (Na 3 Kha 3127) heading towards Kathmandu from Hetaunda hit Bhujel at around 6 am. Similarly, one person died and two others were injured when a truck they were travelling in skidded of the road and fell some 100 metres down at Jhilkedanda of Benighat-8. Police identified the deceased as Ashish Pandey (28) of Kawasoti, Nawalparasi. Critically injured Pandey breathed his last on the way to Kathmandu for treatment, police informed. Ramesh Blon (25) of Dandakharka-3 of Makwanpur and assistant driver Arjun Pandey (25) of Kawasoti, Nawalparasi were injured in the incident. The injured have been taken to Kathmandu for treatment. Police said that the truck (Na 4 Kha 628) was heading towards Chitwan from Kathmandu when the incident occurred at around 5 am today. The driver fled the scene after the incident.
