PM Oli condemns Bangladesh terrorist attack

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Saturday condemned the Bangladesh terrorist attack that killed 24 people and injured 40, some of them foreigners, on Friday. He expressed condolence to the families of deceased. Gunmen had stormed a popular restaurant in the Bangladesh capital yesterday night and took scores of people hostage. The assailants, believed to be carrying assault rifles and grenades, had exchanged sporadic fire with police outside, hours after the attack began around 9 pm.
