NAWALPARASI: One person died and another sustained after two motorbikes collided with each other along the Bhumahi road section in Parasi on Tuesday afternoon. The victim has been identified as Om Prakash Chaudhary, a permanent resident of Jamuwad in Ramgram-11, Nawalparasi. A bike (Lu 23 Pa 8572) was heading toward Bhumahi from Parasi when it collided with another bike (Lu 5 Pa 4409) coming from the opposite direction, according to police. Critically injured Shakil Miya of Ramgram-5 is undergoing treatment at Bhairahawa-based Universal College of Medical Sciences, Nawalparasi District Police Office said.
