BIRTANAGAR: A pedestrian was killed in a road mishap at Tetariya Chok of Morang district on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Piperlal Majhi (29) of Motipur-9 in the district, according to the District Police Office. Majhi was hit by a tipper. He had succumbed to injuries on the way to a hospital in Biratnagar. Police have arrested the tipper driver and impounded the vehicle for further investigation.
